If I have changed my site content, how long does it takes the bots to visit my site again?

The frequency of the indexing is determined by the page importance and the content freshness. The higher is the page's PR and more often you update the content, the more often you will see the bots re-visiting your page.

Alternatively you can re-submit your Google sitemap to alert them.
